1. Information We Collect

We collect basic account credentials when you register on PromptHub, including your name, email address, and profile picture avatar. When you authenticate using third-party OAuth providers such as Google, we receive authorization identifiers to log you in.

2. Encryption & Storage of API Credentials

PromptHub provides integration with AI platform services (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic). When you configure platform settings:

• All API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard **AES-256-GCM** encryption before saving to our databases.
• Decryption only happens dynamically inside active memory during request execution to direct API endpoints.
• Your API keys are never shared, sold, or exposed to third parties.

3. Prompt Library Data & Logs

The prompt templates, categories, dynamic input values, and model outputs generated during playground executions are stored securely under your account. This data is exclusively accessible by you and is logged to provide audit history and playground performance tracking.

4. Third-Party Endpoints

When you submit executions inside our playground, compiled prompts are sent directly to the corresponding AI platform API endpoint (such as Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, or custom base URLs you configure). Your interaction with those endpoints is governed by their respective API privacy policies.

5. Your Data Rights

You hold full ownership of your data on PromptHub. You can update or delete your configured platform credentials, custom categories, prompt libraries, and full execution run history logs at any time directly through the dashboard.
